Refund and Returns Policy

full refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the day of receiving or getting access to the purchased materials.

In case of digital goods, such as articles, downloads etc., there is a no-question-asked refund process for the full amount during the 30 days. Please send the title of the digital good you wish to get refund for via our contact page. We’ll start processing the request soon and when the money transferred back to your original payment method, your access to the good will be revoked.

In alignment with our Disclaimer, you understand that it is your personal responsibility to use judgment, as the sole person knowing your particular situation, and decide if the ideas offered by the website are of help to you. Since no idea can impact everyone the same way, we encourage you to rather ask for a refund then go against your instincts.

Return terms

In case of physical goods, to be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us with a short video recording showing the damage and we’ll start the refund process soon after. Return won’t be needed in these cases.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address find on the return label.

The shipping cost for returning your item is your responsibility, so please ensure that the size chosen is accurate and contact us if you need any clarification on the measurement. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and determined its eligibility for full refund. We also will inform you about the process of the refund which will imply that the respective credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Partial refund cases

I. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. In these cases the inspection will determine how much value lost resulting in what degree of deduction. Please note, deo and makeup stains on the items make them non-resellable, and so the return will likely result in the rejection of the refund. To avoid disappointment, please make sure to test the garments you bought with your clothes on instead of naked and keep them away from makeup. (no judgment here, just pure business considerations).

II. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (meaning the date of the return shipping passed 30 days from the date of receiving the item). In these cases 25% deduction will be made from the refund.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. But we don’t sell those, so it should be fine. We also do not accept products that are intimate, health, personal care items or sanitary goods, which includes our branded towels, with the exception of quality issues.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. But we don’t do sales so it shouldn’t be an issue.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days of the refund confirmation, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank, if needed, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged only if we have any left, unless the item is made to order. If the item is not available anymore, we will issue a full refund. If you need to exchange the item for a different size or color, send us an email to discuss the exchange details.
